The house was designed and built by Rudolf Olgiati in 1972 and gently refurbished in 2009, preserving its original architectural qualities. Casa las Dunschalas is located in a quiet but central area of Flims – the historic «Las Caglias» neighbourhood. Only 15 minutes walk to the mountain cable car station with free shuttles during summer/winter season.

For larger groups there is the possibility of renting the annex during low season. This fully wooden addition dates from 2012 and was designed by architect Jürg Spörri. It is a multifunctional space for work and relaxation and can fit up to nine adults in four rooms.
Two outdoor parking spaces included.
Fully equipped kitchen with outdoor gas grill.
Possibility to move one wall to have a large common space, free yoga mats.
Flipcharts, markers, beamer, etc. upon request.
